Is This Cause For Concern Platelets Were 465?

Question : My 8 yr old had a CBC done. His platelets were 465 and is absolute lymph’s were 3.8. Is this cause for concern?

I guess the tests were done as a part of routine checkup, and he do not have any symptoms otherwise.

All these values are absolutely normal. It is common for minor variations in differential or absolute counts of blood cells - unless the variations are extreme or associated with symptoms, there is nothing to worry. The mentioned platelet count and lymphocyte count can be considered normal. Just be relaxed.
