Question : Is this lump on my tonsil normal? I have a little bit of pain but not much. It also feels like my lymph node is swollen a little.

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I will like to obtain an image of this lump on the tonsils and review. It is not uncommon to have a swollen tonsil with consequent inflamed lymph nodes that you can feel. These are often transient and require no specific medications or antibiotics unless something else comes up. Tylenol is often sufficient to address the mild discomfort. Associated lymph nodes regress sooner than later and further review is only warranted if they fail t or grow bigger after several weeks.
