Is This The Sign Of Insomnia Since I Had Trouble Sleeping Until Almost 2:30 AM Last Night?

Question: Last Friday, I had trouble sleeping until almost 2:30 AM and last night I also had trouble sleeping until almost 1:30 AM. Is this the sign that I am diagnosed with "Fatal Familial Insomnia" or is it something worse inside me?

Last Friday before going to sleep, I tried to sleep without my blanket at first, but after a couple of minutes, I wasn't that tired and still awake, because I moved my penis up a little and had me concerned if I wet myself. I took some melatonin pills of 5 mg and 3 mg, but I still had trouble sleeping until I got up and went to the bathroom to urinate. After going to the bathroom and went back to bed, I tried different ways to sleep like sleeping sideways to the left until I was able to sleep at almost 2:30 AM.

Last night, I took 1 melatonin pill of 5 mg and tried to sleep with my blanket now, but for some reason, I was still awake and couldn't go to sleep, until I took another melatonin pill of 3 mg and finally went to sleep at almost 1:30 AM.

I think it was because of stress that I had two days ago about some important stuff that I was handling and that's why I had trouble sleeping, because I couldn't shake it off after going through all of this situation.

Yes, stress can be prime reason for sleep disturbances most of times.

Lets not consider any specific diagnosis for a few day sleep disturbances. Wait it out, meditate, solve the stressing issues, hope you will get sound sleep

Melatonin though it helps with sleep, but a few days of continuous dosing is needed to induce good sleep.
