Is Throat Infection, lymph Node Enlargement And Burning Feet Symptoms Of HIV?

Question: Hi,
I've been having a bunch of weird symptoms over the past 4-6 months. It all started with a swollen left submandibular lymphnode (confirmed reactive on FNA+core biopsy, but abnormal US, 1.7 mm diameter) Approx 2 months after lymph node appearance, low grade fever developed. Fever has been ongoing for ca 1 month. It was troublesome for the first week or so, but now i feel pretty much like myself and i have not been experiencing any recent side effects frrom the fever(37,5-38.0 degrees C). I realise that my symptoms are very unspecific and do not provide any clear DDX´but i would like your input. My doctors seem to think that i am overreacting, which is probably true... I would also like to know if the result 'reactive lymph node' on core biopsy rules out the nasties such as HIV and lupus? Thank you!
I have also been experiencing an intermittently sore throat for ca 6 weeks. the first appearance of this was 5 days after unprotected sex, so my main worry is obv HIV, although the lymph node first appeared 9 months after my last episode of unprotected sex. i have had no high risk partners, but i have had a large number of partners, approx 6-7 without condom, approx same number with condom over the last 6 years. Last 2 weeks also noticed my feet feel extremely warm and burning. I usually have very cold and pale/blue feet, but for the past few weeks they have been now boiling hot and red.I also wake with night sweats approx 1-2x/week over the past 4.6 weeks, the sheets will be absolutely drenched. I would really like to have another Dr's opinition on whether this sounds infectious or autoimmune(already have coeliacs, diagnosed 2007. (And yes i have a master in health etc, so i havent just done the google). please take me serious.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms not specific to HIV.HIV Testing mandatory

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

It is very difficult for anybody either to confirm or rule out HIV.
The symptoms mentioned by you, throat infection submandibular lymph node enlargement, burning feet,, night sweats are not specific to HIV. These can occur to anybody without HIV. You are having risk for HIV through your sexual activities. You had mentioned that you had undergone ? Master XXXXXXX Check up. It is better to have HIV test and clarify yourself that you are free from HIV. Here afterwards try to stick to protected sex to avoid unnecessary mental tension.
