You need not worry

Thanks for posting on HealthCareMagic. I have gone through the details and things seem absolutely normal to me. I would insist you to relax as things are just fine.
Pulling up to stand and walking holding on to furniture is a motor development expected to occur by 12 months. Motor development expected to occur by 18 months consists of walking alone and walking on tiptoe might be the initial stage and is absolutely reasonable for a child of 15 months age.
Although the vocabulary is a bit low, I would not panic and would still consider it within normal limits. If you had answered the autism questionnaire that I had last mentioned, and you feel that there could be a risk, it is preferrable to get him assessed by a developmental pediatrician and some simple support in terms of language will help him to catch up in this regard. Once again let me assure you that you need not worry.

Sounds normal to me
Detailed Answer:
If he has already been walking confidently on his feet, he has already learnt to bear and distribute weight between his feet. Now he is simply started fine tuning his already acquired skill to balance his weight on an even smaller area of his toes, which is a step even further. So, it is nothing unusual. Stay relaxed.
