                                    Brief Answer:
No Travelling
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) Twin pregnancy is generally considered as high risk pregnancy and needs extra care.
2) Moreover you have low lying placenta which is just 1.4 cms away from the internal os. This predisposes to bleeding risk.
3) IN such circumstances i advice against travelling anywhere. Dont be alone at home also. If anytime you spot bleeding rush to hospital immediately without waiting a second.
4) Travelling anywhere is out of question. Take rest.
Let me know if you have anymore questions.
Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol

Stop injection and tablets

Hi,
It is possible that placenta can move upward. It is gradual
Dcnt take these tablets and injections daily. They are not necessary. These injections are given to prevent preterm labour and are totally unnecessary for you as of now.
