Is Traveling Okay When Treating An Upper Arm DVT?

Question: Hi I was diagnosed on 7th February, 2015 with an upper arm DVT caused by a PICC line. I am currently on 100ml per day of Clexane self administered. I am due to travel to Italy on 1st April, 2015. Are there any serious implications with this travel. Thank you, XXXX
