Yes, Tuberculosis in ovary is harmful. As it may destroy the vital structures in the ovary.
Yes, there are chances where TB can render a women infertile if in ovary.
Tuberculosis is curable, there are medications which can remove TB altogether but early treatment will ensure that fertility is not affected.Delay in treatment or sever form of TB as seen in immunodeficiency the preservation of fertility is a question.
