Question : Hi, I gave my 6 yr old delsum for a cough almost 5 hrs ago...but hes running a 101 fever can I give him tylenol

Brief Answer: yes. Detailed Answer: Hi. Thanks for your query. I understand your concern. Yes you can give acetaminophen every 4 to 6 hourly till fever is above 100F.in dose of 15mg/kg body weight.
