Question : I am travelling to Vienna next week.l like visit sex brothels to do sex with girls but all with condom. i heard that there are some sex studios in vienna that allow sex without condom.i would like to visit even i know that this may be risky for STDs but i heard that the girls are examined by doctors everey week.They are more liberal and can allow sex without condom or even protected sex but more pleasurable . what is your advice??

It is good you want to have protected inter course.
We as doctors cannot recommend for unprotected inter course especially if either of the partners have multiple partners.
Even if weekly tests are done there is always risk is STDs. The usual tests done are not confirmatory. diseases ( STDs ) can have varied incubation period ranging from days to months.
So better have protected inter course and do not take this risk.

Could i ask about oral blowjob without condom with girls examined weekly is it imposing some risk, and what is it??. Oral kissing with girls what is the problem??

please give me an idea about the incubation period of different STDs untill the girl becomes infective, Then oral kissing is still be infective for herpes even with weekly chech-up of these girls???

The incubation period of STDs like herpes can vary from from 2 days to 1 month .Some can remain asymptomatic. So can be infective.
The other STDs like gonorrhea also has incubation period of 1 to 14 days.
So STDs can have short or long incubation period.
Some may be asymptomatic
There are possibilities of herpes or other STDs even with check up.

why it is so late to dsicover a vaccine agaainst HIV?? are the anti-retroviral drugs now sufficient to control infection and prevent complications?? why these sex brothels in some european cities allow sex without condom despite the risk against the girls and toursts also??

The virus has propensity to lie dormant and changes some characteristics in such a way that vaccine can become ineffective. So vaccine discovery is difficult and has to pass safety and efficacy measures before being introduced.

Now antiretroviral drugs are effective in controlling progress but requires multiple drug intake. Our aim is to treat it as other chronic disease like diabetes. Most important is it is completely preventable.

It is for pleasure that some places would have allowed. Whether there is government approval or not is not clear.

I did many times of sex in europe all are protected and with caution. I am feeling of tirdness and weekness since 3 weeks and i did blood picture and blood sugar and found completely normal.Whwen i traveled since 2 weeks i was normal. what is your explanation?? .
