Unwanted- 72 tablet is effective within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. So if you had intercourse two / three times in a day, then also it should be effective.

Yes, the tablet will be effective at 40th hour.It's difficult to determine percentage of effectiveness, but it would be in the range of highest effectiveness.
