Brief Answer:
This is not a gallbladder issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Gallbladder usually give upper right (not left) abdominal pain along with nausea, lack of appetite. The pain usually radiates to the back or right shoulder. It is triggered by foods intake.

Colonoscopy is the right choice at this point for sure. No doubt in that. And if it will be negative, gastroscopy should be the next step. Upper right abdominal pain is where stomach likes to give pain.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
