Brief Answer:
that would be highly unlikely...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

gallbladder inflammation causes pain on the right upper quadrant. When an undiagnosed cholecystitis ends up in peritonitis then the pain may spread to various parts of the abdomen (it's usually painful everywhere) including the left lower side. Isolated pain on the left lower side of the abdomen is commonly caused by diverticular disease. Other potential causes include irritable bowel syndrome, a descending stone on the left ureter, various inflammatory colitides, etc.

Kind Regards!
