Question : Hello Doc, My wife found blood in her panties while she went to the use the toilet and shes also Ovulating.???

Hi,

Following is my reply:

1) Its is possible to have some spotting of blood while ovulating and it is normal.

2) Only other possibility could be her menses. If menses are not near date then it is possible that she is ovulating in midcycle.
