Question : I have vaginal thrush, but I have blood with my discharge. is this normal?

It is not a very common symptom with vaginal thrush.

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Generally vaginal thrush is characterized by itching, rawness, pain, whitish flaky curd like discharge and vaginal discomfort.
Bleeding is not a very common symptom.
If you are using vaginal medications, you might have some amount of brownish discharge / spotting, as the vaginal medication dissolves and works.
Can you elaborate on how heavy and what kind of bleeding it is ?
And also, when was your last period ?
I hope thrush was diagnosed by a doctor and you are not self medicating presumptively ?
