Brief Answer:
Due to endometrial biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The bleeding you are having is due to the endometrial biopsy which you had.
This procedure dislodges the endometrium and hence bleeding occurs.
It will stop in a day or two.
Nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
