Brief Answer:

Continuation of pregnancy unlikely

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As the levels of beta hCG are very low, the pregnancy is unlikely to continue.

Bleeding with low beta hCG levels are suggestive of miscarriage.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound of the pelvis done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Transvaginal ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Fetal node and gestational sac are visible in ultrasound in the third week of pregnancy.

So, A transvaginal ultrasound is strongly advised to confirm the status of pregnancy.

If the well-formed gestational sac and Fetal node are present, then these medicines will help in continuing Pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
