Question : Chiari Type 1 Malformation i am pregnant with my XXXXXXX grown down between 4-5mm and having a 9 month old son would it be a good idea to deliver vaginal/C-Sectio

I understand your concerns.

Chiari malformations are prone to rupture with pressure. Any unnecessary rise in pressure need to be avoided.

Hence I suggest you undergo C section which will be better to have controlled pressure and prevent any danger.
