B6 levels not toxic. Symptoms due to inner ear pathology
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. I want you to know that just 50 mg of vitamin B is not toxic . It takes at least 1000 mg in a day for vitamin B 6 intake to be neurotoxic. 122.2 is just a normal range of vitamin B6. WHat you hear as adverse effects of vitamin B 6 those are due to deficiency and not slight increase. As i mentioned earlier it takes 800 times of faily food intake of b6 to be toxic which is very unlikely.
Just stop the b6 supplements which you already did, you dont need them. The drowsiness, ringing in ear, pressure in ear and dizziness all points towards ear pathology likely tinnitus. Talk t an otorhinolaryngologist, let them run some labs and sort it out for you.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
