Question : 4 Years son is having cpk level of 12000 and SGPT 751 and SGOT 1000. doctor suspecting symptoms of muscular dystrophy however blood for gene test MLPA is negative for DMD , Problem - need knee support while standing and difficulty in stairing up.

DMD needs confirmation with muscle biopsy and general testing for detection.

He will need to use of aids for walking because muscles are getting weak. Physiotherapy is very much essential for which you need to consult with well trained Physiotherapist.

DMD gene test for Blood is negative , His vitamin D level is 13.
