Question : I woke up with a horrible headache, diarrhea, no energy and having a difficult time breathing. I am 51 and a widow.
Brief Answer:
Food poisoning or infection to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Symptoms you describe point towards an infection (viral, bacterial) of the gastrointestinal tract. Food poisoning is another possible condition if you had any food that is suspective for poisoning the night before.
In these cases, rest, taking a lot of fluids, paracetamol for the headaches, are necessary measures. If the condition lasts more than a couple of days or worsens in the following hours, (fever, repeated episodes of diarrhea, etc.) seek medical attention and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
