Question : I am suffering from anal fissure since last 2 months.. having controlled diet with oats brown rice green veg and chapatis. Bust loose wights.. is my weight loss is normal.
Brief Answer:
Yes normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
that could be alright strategy to choose right foods for anal fissure healing. you should understand that what you are eating are complex carbohydrates with high fibre. these food takes a long time to break down and digest. so the quality and quantity of the food varied from what you were taking earlier. this kind of food is naturally leads to lesser consumption of calories and promote weight loss and better use.
hope this addresses your worry. keep a tab on your weight and a healthy weight loss should not be more than 3-4 kg per month. if you lose more than this please consult local doctor.
