Brief Answer:
Please explain your problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It is difficult to list out tests or scans for complete body check up. More often it leads to un necessary testing, un necessary radiation exposure. so please let me know what is your problem, symptoms if any and why do you think you need a complete testing at young age of 31 yrs.

At this age we simply recommend the following:
6 monthly BP , Pulse, Waist circumference and BMI measurment
Once a year Cholesterol and HbA1c tests.

Nothing more is needed than these unless you have specific family history.

This is really very helpful. Frankly speaking, I don't have any health problems and from past 6-7 years I am doing alright!

I was just checking if I should do something regularly or more often to keep stay healthy, the reason being is as I don't want to be in that situation where I realize I should have done something about it in the past.

I hope you understood my concern:)

Brief Answer:
Do as I said in my first reply

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I really appreciate your nature of prevention is better than cure.

So please do as I said. Keep checking BP, Pulse, Blood sugar and Cholesterol. Along with it you should keep your weight and waist circumference within normal limits. Please take the BMI calculation to know the right weight.

Along with the above you should make sure not to consume processed food, increase fibre in the diet, fruits and vegetables should always be part of your daily routine. Exercise should be at least 2 and half to 5 hours a week.

all the best.
