Brief Answer:
A glass of wine is fine!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for using HCM.

I am so sorry to hear about increased blood pressure in the morning. Always eat all in moderate amounts. Caffeine causes excitation and this increases the blood pressure.

A glass of wine is fine. Also, to much of it is not healthy. Always learn to stay moderate when consuming these products.

I hope this helps. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to ask more questions and we would gladly address them.
