Brief Answer:
Different possibilities and management guidelines provided in details below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your query thoroughly.

* As the pain is in relation with particular postures, relieved by some stretching ; it
is more likely to be from muscular, ligament or para spinal nerve related issue from
various reasons.

* My recommendations at present

- Continue to remain ambulatory, stretching exercises.
- Local application of analgesic spray or ointment after heating pad application for
5 minutes 2 times a day.
- Analgesic tablet for severe pain relief.

- Avoid sudden bending or weight lifting.
- Take an appointment with your family doctor and get prescription for x-ray of
the concerned region for further management.

Wish you fine recovery.
Welcome for any further assistance.

Regards.
