Question : Hi Doctor
i will start from the point that i suffer few years from anxiety and a result of this ibs, mean blotting and few times a day go to toilet sometimes regular stool sometimes dierihia.

for the anexity i take seratelin and clonex and some times renin as anti acid.

thia morning i wentbtonthe bathroom and i noticed thqt the color of stool changed to yellow i went few times and this was the color last time i went i notices some regular stool but also white spot stool i afraid of cancer and liver problem and i am in big panic.

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your problem but in my opinion you need to visit a gastroenterologist first for thorough work up.
IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion and not that if you have anxiety problems and bowel problem then IBS is directly labelled.
So visit a gastroenterologist and in my opinion you need a colonoscopy too.

Usually due to high fat diet

Detailed Answer:
White spots in stools is basically indicative of high fat diet consumed a a day earlier and thus yellowness is also because of the same so if you are controlled with medications as far as bowel motions are concerned there is nothing to worry as far as stools are concerned.
