Question : Thanks. The roof of my mouth, in the back is yellowish in color. No sore throat or hoarseness. I'm a non-smoker and receive regular dental cleaning and care. I use listerine mouthwash/gargle twice daily. Daily medications include lisinopril, triamterine/hydrochlorthiazide, Crestor. I noticed this today,

Yellow appearance of the roof of mouth at the very back can be due to improper cleaning.
You can gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water.
Do warm saline gargles.
Eat hard foods like carrots, apple etc.
Hopefully, the yellowness will get resolved.
