I have but its of 2018 record. I had Disc bulge in L5 S1
. Doctors prescribed me for operation, but i went to Ayurvedic hospital in XXXXXXX and it really worked me . I was completely free from pain and i started going gym and cycling. But from past few months which is from the day Covid started, WFH began and slowly pain started.
Now i am taking physiotherapy . My concern is weight, which i need to reduce . wanted to be back to shape of 70kg.

I would recommend you to get an MRI again . This may give a clue into whether the physical problem is resolving or worsened.
