Question : Last 2 days, i am feeling itching inside my male organ. And also I found some red dots inside the organ. Could you please tell me any medicines for this?

And also i found small pimple in my wife organ and it makes pain to her. could you please tell medicines for this issue also?

The itching cold be due to infection like trichomonas.
The red dots usually is caused by infection ( bacteria).
Kindly get yourself and your wife examined and take it from there.
