Question : I am having Dark Patches on my Back Side arond Spinal Cord and also have itching

Thanks for writing to us.
The description provided is too brief to think of a probable cause. It could be lichen planus, fungal infection, eczema , drug rash , frictional dermatitis etc.

I would like to know
Since how long are you having it
How did the lesion evolve
Any previous history of drug intake, irritant application like soap, dettol, medicine etc
If it is at the area of friction with belt or trousers.

Also please attach an image of the concerned area as in dermatology it is difficult to think of a probability without seeing the lesion.
