Question : I've Been having congestion for a few weeks. And trouble with mucus and phlegm. I feel fine no fever, shortness of breath or anything like that and I’m energized. But I’ve always had mucus in my throat and sometimes I hack up phlegm, it’s thick clear and has bubbles. I do have asthma which was bothering me last month. I drink water and it seems to help me get the mucus out and I gargle salt water which helps. Is there anything else I can do to help with this?
