Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Generalized itching could be because of extrene dryness of skin I.e Xerosis. Past history of dyshidrotic eczema is significant as that too is common in skin that is extremely dry. I suggest you to use a bland moisturizer regularly, 2-3 times a day e.g petrolatum based lotion (Aquaphor or similar). Use it all over immediately after bath to lock in the moisture. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine or hydroxyzine tablet.for symptomatic relief from itching.

I've been getting Intense body itching out of nowhere with no sign of a rash or anything and happens on my whole torso and arms. Not sure what is triggering this reaction. I have dyshidrotic eczema that appeared about a year ago for the first time and skin writing.
