Question : I've been having a fever since Tuesday night this week then I'll be freezing cold the next minute and yesterday I didn't have a appetite basically just drank water and juice is this just common cold symptoms or should I see a doctor

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This seems like start of a viral, most probably flu. However the diagnosis would be confirmed when more symptoms appear or some test is run.

Since its not an emergency, you can watch it out as more serious infections maybe going around at hospitals. Take warm fluids like ginger and turmeric boiled in water or tea, to wash down the viruses in throat. Eat some healthy well cooked foods.

You can see a doctor when more symptoms appear.
