I've Been Having Anal Leakage For A Bit Now. Started

Question: I've been having anal leakage for a bit now. Started off with a small amount, but it's increased more recently. Its a yellow color, and seems to perpetually be there, regardless of bowel movements.
I haven't been diagnosed yet, but my guess is that it's caused by hpv. But I understand it can be caused by other symtoms, and I have a dr appointment next week and I plan on bringing this up.
Other symptoms: itching, small blood spots from canal, occasional testicle itch. No issues making bowel movements, and movements are consistent. Asides these, no symptoms and generally healthy, exercising and non smoker

Brief Answer:
few possible issues
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First, i dont think this is related to HPV.
It may indicate anal fistula, hemorrhoids or fisure and you should do proctologic work up to rule this out. If I am right, it can be treated with various surgical and conservative measures.
Testicle pain may be another issues such as epididimitis or STD so it should be ruled out by microbiologic tests. HPV would cause ityhiness but not leak.
WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards
