Question : I’ve been having episodes of severe all over stomach pain, bloating, a need to immediately use the bathroom, but finding it hard to actually make a bowl movement, sulfur burps, after I do use the bathroom I get intense chills. The stomach pain is severe I’d rate it an 8, it’s difficult to move and talk through. The sulfur burp episodes have been happening for months, a few days out of the weak with bloating and occasional stomach pain, but this is the first episode like this.
I’m a 21 year old female who has had a gall bladder and appendix removal both over 2 years ago.

As per the query see chills are always suggestive of infection in body.Very likely you are having Bacterial Gastroenteritis.Smelly burps are suggestive that the food is fermented inside your intestine improperly leading to development of colonies of bad bacterias yeast and protozoans.This impropely fermented foods releases gases like hydrogen sulphide etc which causes bloating belching and smelly farts.
These colonies of bacteria causes severe inflammation in intestines causing spasmodic pain.This swelling over months may involve complete large intestine as well as rectum hence giving false sensation to go to bowel.
Rx
Get a stool test done
Take tablet activated charcoal thrice for gas
Take sachets of good bacteria probiots like Econorm twice daily.
Cap Omeprazole 40 once.
Along with it get a precription of
Tab Norfloxacin tinidazole twice to kill bacteria and protozoal with
Tab Dicyclomine 10 mg thrice for spasms in intestines.
Eat light food for 3-5 days.You would be fine soon
