Detailed Answer:

Hello
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for your query. I understand your concern.
This could be related to gas acidity.
Can try a course of omeprazole 20 mg once a day before breakfast available over the counter.
Also try following things and see how you feel
1. avoid sleeping 2 hours after meals
2. go for regular walk.
3. avoid excess oily and spicy food
4. avoid coffee, aerated drinks, dark chocolates
5. avoid stress as it worsens acidity nausea
6. avoid excess use of XXXXXXX television
7. try some yoga, mental relaxation exercises
All this will help you in long run.
Worthwhile getting an cbc Liver function test, ecg and a sonography of abdomen if symptoms are severe or bothersome or if no relief with medications.

Hope this answers your query. wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
