Question : I’ve been having some pain in my anus area. I have a bad itching sensations and it burns when I pass bowel movements and after as well. When I went to go look at the area slightly inside of my Anus when the skin pulled back is a dark purple ring around my entire anus and seems very swollen and feels uncomfortable. It’s been about a week or longer and I don’t know how to treat this. Some parts of the purple area there is small holes that have been torn and bleed. The skin feels sensitive in this area.

As per your description and picture,it looks like HAEMORRHOIDS(Piles).Eat high fiber diet and drink plenty of liquidsEat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid spicy food,Non vegetarian food. Alcohol and Smoking should be stopped if you are taking them.
Your stool should be soft.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
