I've Been Having Stomach Issues For A Few Months I'm

Could be due to indigestion
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Brain fog usually happens due to life stresses, digestion issues and breathing problems. Some medicines can exacerbate these problems. In your case metoclopramide may cause difficulty in breathing. If you are not experiencing reflux of gastric contents, you may discontinue metoclopramide and continue with PPI only.
Breathing techniques are also helpful in clearing brain fog. Otherwise medicines are not very helpful. Eating healthy food, chewing food slowly, drinking cleaner water, eating food at same time every day can help with digestion issues.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
