Hello!

Welcome to Ask A Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac issues.

I would like to know if these feelings are triggered by deep breathing or body movements.

This would be indicative of musculoskeletal pain or local inflammation. In such case, acetaminophen or ibuprofen would help improve your situation.

Another cause to consider would be a bulging disc in the thoracic vertebral column, causing radicular nerve pain in this region.

For this reason, I would recommend performing a chest X ray study, a cervicothoracic column X ray study, and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

If these tests are normal you should consider anxiety as a possible cause underlying your complaints.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need !
