Hi thanks for posting your query
The symptoms look like viral flu
Since when are you having these symptoms?
Have you taken any medicine?
As of now you can take paracetamol 650 mg 2 times a day and tab. Levocrtrazine 1 tablet once in the night for 3 days and do betadine throat gargling
If the symptoms do persist even after this then you would need a course of antibiotics for which you'll need to visit physician in person
