Question : I've had a area of skin on my penis which appears to of lost it's pigmentation, any advice is appreciated.

It could be either Vitiligo or Lichen Scleosis et Atrophicus (LSeA). I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly. Also let me know, if you have any associated symptoms? like itching?

photos attached, the skin is slightly raised to touch, no itching is present and generally causes no issues aside from the pain after intercourse which isn't too painful just uncomfortable.
