Question : I've had a area of skin on my penis which appears to of lost it's pigmentation, any advice is appreciated.
also the skin can become more painful after intercourse

photos attached, the skin is slightly raised to touch, no itching is present and generally causes no issues aside from the pain after intercourse which isn't too painful just uncomfortable.
