Question : I’ve had a very very small lump on the side of my penis for a while, this morning it’s much larger, red, and slight pain. What might this be and how may I get rid of it?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Seems like it is a soft tissue infection of the skin. I suggest you use a topical antibiotic e.g mupirocin 2% ointment or Neosporin ointment, twice daily. In addition to that, you may take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin 500mg or Cephalexin 500mg, thrice a day for a week. These are prescription drugs.
