Question : Ive had chronic constipation for 3 months, Ive had labs, an abdominal x-ray, an E.G.D, and a colonoscopy, all came out fine. Im nauseated 24/7. Ive been on various "poop meds" all of which just makes things worse and makes me sick with little relief. 42yo male

im also a type 1 diabetic

I read your query and here is my advice.
I am sorry to hear about your situation. It is a good news that EGD and colonoscopy come out normal so the tumoural issues are excluded.
I think the problem may be slow intestinal transition. Being diabetic for long ( since you have Type 1 diabetes) may have damaged the blood vessels and nerves that inervate the intestine and give it signals to move food out.
Unfortunately there is not a certain cure about it.
You can follow a fiber rich diet using more fruits and vegetables, oat XXXXXXX fiber rich bread etc. Prune are very helpful.
Also increase water and fluids intake.
Increasing physical activity a d exercising may be useful to increase the intestinal motility.
