I need more details like age ,parity ,details of previous periods ,weight and height and associated medical conditions .
You are absolutely right about endometrial thickness.
If heavy bleeding an endometrial sampling may be done for HPE. Am not aware of your age .

Why D&C and not biopsy first?

Can 11 mm be normal?

Do reports indicate abnormality or any firm diagnosis?

20th day 11mm can be normal if your periods are regular.
The only concern is excessive bleeding .
