Question : I’ve had my belly button Periced for over 5 years, it just ripped out when my pants caught on it. The skin is ripped in half and bled slightly. What do I do? Do I need stitches? I put ointment and a bandage on to keep it clean

There is no need for stiches.
Apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin ointment or Fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.

This should heal it.
Also continue to keep it covered with a bandage.
