I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this situation can be related to a hormonal imbalance taking count also of your young age.
It is good to visit a gynaecologist to do an ultrasound and hormone levels such estrogen, progesterone, prolactin,FSH,LH.
Taking progesterone pills may be advisable to stop spotting and bleeding and you may take contraceptive pills to make cycle regular.
