Brief Answer:
Probably a pinched nerve, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve due to trauma of the finger.

I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 my three times a day.

I also recommend to maintain the area immobilized.

A splint would help in maintaining the area immobilized.

Physical therapy is also recommended to strengthen the muscles.

If the symptoms continue I suggest to do an X ray of the arm and consult an orthopedist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
