Question : I’ve just had spinal surgery and was on a course of antibiotics, which resulted in getting a severe yeast infection. On Wednesday, i took a single dose of 150 mg diflucan. I then went to the Gyno who perscribed me 2 tabs twice of sporanox (100 mg per tab). Today is saturday and I accidentally took another dose of diflucan 150 mg without the Dr asking me to take another dose of Diflucan. Would that cause me any problems?

No, this will not cause any harmful side effects. Take more fluids today than usual to promote urination which will clear out medicine.
YOu should just continue with Sporanox as prescribed and that's it.
