Question : Hi there,
I am currently working in Taunton UK, due to covid-19. My usual private doctor is in London where I would usually be working. My friends & family are also London bound.
I am having problems relaxing and dosing off to sleep. Previously (approx 2yrs ago) my private doctor, 2 Trafalgar Square prescribed me 20mg of temazepam prior to having to go to sleep for a 14 nights period. And said to only use if necessary. They lasted about 6months and worked well. I've tried all the night stuff that can be purchased at a chemist... including phenergan. None of them do the job. Are you able to assist my requirement?

Temazepam is a medication which is very effective in treating sleep issues.
This medication is only given on prescription.
We can not give online prescription in this platform.
Other medications that you can try without prescription are:
-Melatonine, which is a natural element in our system.
-Benadryl can also be taken to treat insomnia due to the sedative effects.
