i dont know what kind of dermatitis i have but I have a rash on my thigh and foot

I have seen carefuly your pictures and I think that this kind of rash is not related to HIV.
But, just for your peace of minde, I suggest to do a 4th generation HIV test to exclude definitly the HIV.
